Applications and Scholarships

28 students from 20 different countries have been selected in 2006 for the MSc European Forestry 2006-2008 Course. In the previous course, the number of accepted studetns was 27.

For the Courses 2007-2009 and 2008-2010, the number of accepted students will probably be similar to earlier years. The Universities organizing the MSc European Forestry warmly welcome all interested students and professionals from all countries inside and outside Europe to submit applications during the indicated application periods.

In addition to the study places offered under the general category (which are open to applicants from all countries), extra study places are offered under specific windows to applicants from India, China, Western Balkans (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania) and Africa-Caribbean-Pacific area (including 79 countries).

In view of the gender imbalance in previous courses, we specially encourage women to apply and, in conditions of equal qualifications, gender balance may be used as a criterion.

Who can apply?

The MSc EF is open to all students and professionals who have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in forestry or other related sciences, and a fluent level of English. For more details on this, please check the MSc EF requirements.

How to apply?

The application form and the information on the documents and certificates that are required for the MSc European Forestry can be found in this website, under the heading applications. There you can also find all the instructions and details. Those applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship must mark the correspondent box in the application form, therefore no separate application for the Erasmus Mundus scholarships is needed.

How much does it cost?

Economic conditions differ for European Union and non-European Union participants, due to the different regulations that are applied regarding Course Fees and Scholarships. Please, check the details for your particular case for complete information on Fees, Expenses and Scholarships.
